Jameson Hosts Global Summit 2025 Brand Building

How we turned Jameson HOSTS Global Summit into a Brand Building Movement

The Ask

The Jameson HOSTS Global Summit is the flagship moment of the year for Jameson HOSTS and its international bartender community. This three-day event in Midleton, Co. Cork brings together the global final of the Jameson Black Barrel Bartender Competition, a full educational programme of bespoke workshops and talks, a celebration of yearly research and collaborations, and unmatched networking with the most influential voices in modern bartending.

As Jameson HOSTS’ long-standing social media and content agency, we’ve covered the Summit for three consecutive years, delivering full event coverage and tripling content impressions from 2022 to 2024. But with 2025 shaping up to be the biggest and most ambitious Summit yet, we recognised an opportunity to elevate our approach.

Rather than just documenting the event, we set on a mission to transform the Summit into the most talked-about, re-shared, and re-watched event in global bar culture this year:

A cultural moment that accelerates the growth of the global bartender community
A content-driven experience that cuts through social noise
A brand-building movement that extends impact far beyond the three days on-site

The Approach

Before the Summit, our team produced promotional assets including branded graphics, speaker-led teasers, and nostalgia-driven edits using last year’s footage, ensuring maximised anticipation pre-event.

Then, we took the full three-day programme and built a smart production and distribution workflow around it. Our high-volume content ecosystem was structured around two core pillars: The Event, including talks, workshops, the competition final, live moments, keynotes, and behind-the-scenes footage; and The Guests (bartenders, speakers, influencers, judges, brand reps, and community members, captured through interviews, portraits, micro-stories, and challenges).

Agile On-Site Production Engine

To execute this high-impact, high-volume content model at scale, we organised a production team built specifically around the pace, structure, and demands of the Global Summit, consisting of two photographers, three videographers, a real-time video editor on-site, a dedicated graphic designer off-site, as well as a social media manager and producer overseeing approvals, workflows, and client communication, as well as live publishing and community engagement.

Supporting this was a custom workflow designed for speed and reliability:

  • Pre-approved templates, captions, interview questions, and content formats
  • A streamlined upload–review–export pipeline for rapid turnaround
  • Branded interview environments and props built for quick filming
  • Cloud-based asset management for instant access across the whole team
  • Agile teams assigned to specific zones to ensure no moment was missed

This operational model allowed us to be everywhere at once, producing at a speed and scale that traditional event production simply cannot match.

400+ global entries, doubling year-on-year

The Outcome

Across three high-energy days in Midleton, our team delivered an exceptional volume of content:

  • 25 social media videos published in real time and added to an evergreen library
  • 6 long-form recordings of talks and workshops edited with interactive elements
  • 2 premium aftermovies
  • 500+ professional photos
  • 30+ branded graphics and visual assets.

Throughout the entire process, we maintained constant communication with the brand manager to ensure every piece of content reflected the right tone, accuracy, and brand identity.

The impact was immediate. So far, the Summit content has generated:

  • 600,000+ social media impressions, all organic.
  • 1,000+ new followers
  • Strong engagement from bartenders, operators, and industry leaders around the world.

But beyond the numbers, the real success lies in how the content extended the Summit’s energy far beyond the event itself, strengthening Jameson HOSTS’ position as a global community hub and building long-term digital momentum that will carry forward throughout the year.
