How We Showcased Tirlán’s New Visitor Experience at Their Kilkenny Headquarters

The Ask

Tirlán approached Drink In Creative with a clear objective: showcase their brand-new, state-of-the-art visitor experience space located in their headquarters in Kilkenny.

The space had been designed to immerse visitors in the story of the company and its brands. It features a modern, interactive system of digital display statues highlighting the organisation’s global portfolio, alongside a striking hallway installation where lighting tracks visitor movement as they approach the experience room.

The brief was to create a high-quality corporate video that captured both the technological innovation and the visual impact of the space. In addition to the hero video, Tirlán also required a suite of professional photography assets to support their website, marketing materials, and social media.

The goal was simple: produce content that reflected the scale, innovation, and professionalism of one of Ireland’s leading food and nutrition companies.

The Approach

To showcase the space effectively, we treated the project as a full corporate video production, carefully planning the narrative and visual style before cameras ever rolled.

Pre-Production

Our process began with collaborative planning sessions with the Tirlán team to fully understand the purpose of the new visitor experience and how it would be used to communicate their brand story.

We mapped out a storyboard that would guide viewers through the space in a natural progression from the illuminated hallway entrance through to the interactive visitor room itself.

During this stage we also planned camera movements, an interview with one of the lead designers, lighting strategies, and photography compositions that would highlight the architecture, technology, and user experience of the installation.

With a clear visual plan in place, we scheduled filming, coordinated access to the location, and prepared equipment to capture both cinematic video and high-resolution photography.

Production

Filming took place at the Tirlán headquarters in Kilkenny, where our crew worked across multiple setups to capture the experience room in action.

Our production approach focused on movement and atmosphere backed by an informed interview. Using controlled camera motion, carefully balanced lighting, and wide architectural shots to showcase the scale and modern design of the space.

We also captured the interactive elements in action, including the digital statue displays and motion-tracking lighting in the hallway, ensuring viewers could clearly understand how the experience works for visitors.

Alongside video production, we captured a range of high-quality photography assets designed for marketing, social media, and web usage.

Post-Production

Once filming was complete, our editing team crafted the footage into a polished long-form corporate video.

This involved colour grading to enhance the modern aesthetic of the space, sequencing footage to match the storyboard journey through the experience, and refining pacing so the technology and design elements could be clearly appreciated.

Photography assets were also professionally edited and optimised for use across multiple digital platforms.

The result was a cohesive set of visual content that presented the visitor experience in a way that was both informative and visually striking.
