The Ask:

Documenting The Dead Rabbit’s 10th-anniversary celebrations, which included high-profile bar takeovers in Dublin and New York City. The objective was to showcase the collaboration between Dublin’s BAR 1661 and The Dead Rabbit, and to produce a compelling documentary that would resonate with both industry insiders and the broader audience, championing the modern Irish hospitality industry.

The Outcome:

We produced a short documentary that chronicled the events both in Dublin and New York, highlighting the energy and creativity behind the bar takeovers. The Dublin event, hosted by BAR 1661, sold out quickly, a testament to The Dead Rabbit’s reputation for exceptional hospitality. In New York, BAR 1661 introduced Dublin’s vibrant cocktail culture to The Dead Rabbit’s Parlor, marking a historic first for the NYC bar.

Our documentary went on to win a film festival and was selected for many more, adding another layer of success to the anniversary celebrations. The film captured the spirit of the events and also set a new benchmark for how bar collaborations can be documented and presented to a global audience.
