How We Helped Heineken Train Bar Staff with Educational Video Series
The Ask
Heineken, one of the world’s most recognised drinks brands, approached us with a challenge to create an educational video series to train bartenders across Ireland on the fundamentals of bar and hospitality basics.
The brief called for 10 tutorial videos covering essential skills like pouring the perfect pint, providing excellent customer service, or taking proper care of glassware. More than just a video production agency, they needed a trusted partner with expertise in hospitality, one who could script the videos, scout the location, find credible speakers, and deliver everything within a tight turnaround.
The Approach
At Drink In Creative, we bring our hospitality backgrounds directly into our work. That expertise allowed us to script, plan, and execute the series in-house, ensuring every action and every advice captured reflected the highest professional standards.
Over the course of a single production day, we filmed all 10 tutorials, combining step-by-step demonstrations with educational insights. Our post-production team in Dublin then turned around polished, ready-to-publish edits within the five-day deadline.
